Lots of compile errors on raspberrypi 3

Hi all
A lot of errors trying to compile version 2.7c on a raspberrypi 3 with Arduino ide 2:1.0.5+dfsg2-4.1
for an atnega2560.
But on a Debian with 1.8.9 arduino ide all works fine.
Anybody can help solving this issue ?

Arduino ide 2:1.0.5+dfsg2-4.1 is very old (2016). I can imagine the IDE has changed quite a bit since then.

Give me a few of the error messages.

Installed arm arduino ide 1.8.9 on the raspberry and all
went fine.
You are right version 1.0.5 is too old but strangely is the version
packaged for the official repo of raspbian.
