PicoCalc SD Card issues with Pimoroni Pico Plus 2 W

Trying to access the sd card with the Pimoroni Pico Plus 2 W is unsuccessful. When using the standard Raspberry Pi Pico 2W it works. Any clues?

I can confirm this - I just got the PicoCalc (had to wait for it about 90 days btw…) and I’m trying to run it with the Pimoroni Pico Plus 2. It does not seem to work correctly - I can hardly start it up (sometimes works after pushing the reset button, sometimes it won’t) and accessing the SD card is not possible. The startup problem looks rather random - I cannot reproduce it reliably.
With the original Pico board included in the kit everything works fine.
Thanks for any hints - would be nice to use the PSRAM of the Pimoroni board with the PicoCalc.
