uLisp Version 1.1 includes a save-image function that will save your current workspace to the EEPROM on the AVR processor, and a load-image function that will load it again.
You can optionally make load-image load the workspace on reset, and start running a specified Lisp function immediately, making it possible to create a stand-alone embedded uLisp application that runs automatically as soon as you power up the circuit.
